I know it sounds like a cliche, but your mental wellbeing can profoundly affect your physical wellbeing.

Do not let Satan’s lies take root in your mind. It will grow and fester until you replace it with God’s promises. When you have a negative thought, replace each one with a Bible verse, a promise from God’s Word. Do not worry about remembering the scripture exactly, but the more you read the Bible, the more you memorize verses, the more prepared you will be to fight Satan.  You may not always have your Bible ready, so you must prepare for battle by learning God’s Word and be ready to fight.

and shall say unto them, Hear, O Israel, ye draw nigh this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your heart faint; fear not, nor tremble, neither be ye affrighted at them; for Jehovah your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.

Deuteronomy 20:3-4
