You may have reached the white-collar ranks, but don’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves when necessary. You will not only earn the respect of your team if you can show that you are willing to work alongside them, but it is also a great way to keep informed on tasks you don’t always do. Don’t be afraid to get dirty once in a while.
