Teamwork is not a one-man show.  It's about ensuring each team member knows what their job is and doing it to the best of their ability. One member does not do their job and the entire team can be affected. On the flip side, if everyone does their job well, you can have a smooth-running show; a good leader is essential to any team and you have a job just like everyone else.  A team that works together can reach amazing feats, just take a look at history. Everyone loves a good underdog story, we see it often enough, but take a look at how they got there.  It usually includes hard work, some tough learning experiences, a team that can trust in each other, and a leader that will bring them to victory.

“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him that is alone when he falleth, and hath not another to lift him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have warmth; but how can one be warm alone?”

Ecclesiastes 4:9-11 ASV
