Talk to Your Team

Think of the people who make up your team. They are unique individuals who have different needs. Do you know who they are or what makes them tick? You work with them every day. Do you know their career goals? Do you know their strengths and weaknesses? Do you talk to them? Do they know you care as a leader of their team? Make time to talk to them as individuals, even a few minutes. It is vital to know your employees for the function and growth of your team, and you will be surprised what a few minutes of simple but sincere interactions can build.
