You have to work with people who are at different levels and who have different capabilities. Odds are you have that go-to person in your office—the one who you can pile the workload on. That’s great for you, but what about the rest of your employees? Are you shortchanging them by not assisting in their growth? Get to know their capabilities, and work with them to create a more effective team.


Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating unjust gain; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.
