Let’s just all hold hands and sing. OK, maybe it’s not that easy. However, bad morale can destroy a workplace. Since there can be a multitude of reasons why your workplace is experiencing doom and gloom, it is important to find the source. Talk to your employees and see why and where it’s coming from; everyone will have bad days, but that should not be every day. Are your employees bringing too much baggage to the workplace? While you’re at it, make sure you’re not part of the problem. Employees should not be working in fear or dread coming to work. Bad morale is very contagious, but thankfully you can find the cure.

Neither as Lording it over the charge allotted to you, but making yourselves examples to the flock.

1 Peter 5:3
