Let God Do The Work

I’ll be the first one to admit that I struggle with control. Without even realizing it, I have a horrible tendency to be controlling. This has been a long struggle for me. Going through some really tough times, God showed me that I really had a problem with trying to control everything. Yes, we have tasks and responsibilities to manage, but God is the one in control. And thank God He is in control, because He is the only one that can handle it. When we let our grip go on what we are trying so hard to control, God steps in and is there for us. We aren’t really in control, but God wants us to recognize that ourselves and willingly and gratefully seek Him. Not because we have to, but because we want to. With God at the controls of our life, our life will be much more fulfilling than we could ever hope or imagine. So, if you’re like me and really struggle in this area, don’t be as stubborn as I, but run to God, seek Him. Our so called plans could never even come close to His plans for us. Never doubt it.
