Ever heard the old saying that you are more likely to do something if you write it down? It’s not just an old tale; there is power in the pen. Making a list every day may seem trivial but is often done by some of the most successful people of the world. It can help you control your anxiety and keep you grounded and productive, not to mention on course for the day. And what if you don’t finish your list? Don’t be discouraged. Add whatever you did not complete to tomorrow’s list. After all, tomorrow is another day.

The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; But every one that is hasty hasteth only to want.

Proverbs 21:5
