For the month of May, I wanted to share some excerpts from a devotional that was written for the workplace, Divine Leadership. This devotional is especially usefulif you’re in a position of authority, but is great for anyone in the workplace.

I hope you enjoy these devotions, and as always, feel free to reach out to us. We would love to hear from you!

Be the Manager You Want to Work For

Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr. are just two names that probably come to mind when you think of great leaders you wanted to be like when you were growing up. Now that you are a leader, what type of boss are you? Think of those bosses you detested. Did you say you would never be like that? Learn from the great and not so great bosses you had so you can be the boss you would want to work for.

Remember them that had the rule over you, men that spake unto you the word of God; and considering the issue of their life, imitate their faith.

Hebrews‬ 13:7‬ ASV‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
