Get Back Up

Everybody falls in this world. Don’t let guilt or discouragement keep you from getting back up again. The Devil will use your mistakes to try to keep you down. He wants you to stay there. But God tells us that we have been “given authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.”

The Devil is always looking at a way to get into our mind, our life. Planting lies, doubt, and constantly trying to get a foothold. It can be exhausting and if you don’t rely on God, you will not make it.

God reminds us to ”Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.“

Talk to God, not just once in a while, or when you need something, but on a constant basis. Being a Christian is not a religion, it’s a relationship. And relationships are not one sided, you both have to participate. So show up for God.

“Be sober, be watchful: your adversary the devil, as a roarng lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour"
