Follow-Through

Projects seem pretty useless if they’re not completed. Follow-through is essential in just about every aspect. Following through is not just for your employees but for you as the leader. You must set the example and follow through on your tasks as well. Do what you say you are going to do, and expect the same from others around you. We have all heard the excuses “I ran out of time,” “I forgot,” or my personal favorite, “It’s time for me to go.” Your team must know that follow-through is essential and that everyone plays a part. Naturally things can arise, but you must be able to count on your employees, and they must be able to count on you.

And let us not be weary in well-doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Galatians‬ 6:9‬
