Just imagine a world full of carbon copies of you or me. Yikes! Embrace your team’s differences and utilize their individuality. If there is a slight language barrier or cultural difference, then increase your knowledge and learn from it. Don’t treat it as an obstacle but as an opportunity to expand your team’s horizon. All of us are unique and have an imprint to leave on this world, so let your light shine on!
