Do you have outlandish goals that you daydream of but never put into words? Don’t give up on your goals! You are more likely to succeed if you put them in writing. Whether they are realistic or a bit ambitious, they are your goals and dreams, and they have merit. Always document what you want to complete. Some you will have to share with your team, and some are just for you. Regardless, the first step is to write them down. Then you can make a plan of action and take the steps necessary to get your goals accomplished. More often, you regret what you didn’t try more than what you did. Somewhere is better than nowhere.

But if we hope for that which we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Romans‬ 8:25‬
